Loretta Hidalgo Whitesides
Outside of being a founding astronaut for the innovative Virgin Galactic, Loretta Hidalgo Whitesides has had an illustrious career in astrobiology, events and public speaking. Loretta is most recently the author of The New Right Stuff: Using Space to Bring Out the Best in You, but is also the co-founder of global Space party Yuri’s Night, an international celebration held every April 12 to commemorate milestones in space exploration. She is also the creator of SpaceKind leadership training.
Currently, Dylan serves as Chairman & CEO of Voyager Space Holdings, a multi-national space holding firm that acquires and integrates leading space exploration enterprises globally. Dylan has been cited by Harvard University, SpaceNews, the BBC, Pitchbook, CNBC, CNN and others as having played a seminal role in the growth of the private space industry. As an early-stage investor in more than 50 emerging ventures, including Accion, Kepler, York, Astrobotic, Made in Space, Relativity, and Planet, Dylan is widely considered the most active private space investor in the world.
